Month 24
Dear Little Man,
Yes, this month I am later than last on doing an entry. I will summarize the month and say that not much changed from last. You are still a delightful little boy, who is growing to be more of a little boy than my little baby. I cannot believe how quickly these two years have gone. Your big brother, M, moved in with us at the end of June and it is nice to see you guys interacting on a daily basis. We keep trying to get you to say his name, but it just isn't happening. The closest you came was saying something that sounded like "my bro" a few times, but even that isn't consistent. You love to play with him and listen to him really well. At night, when you are giving out good nights and hugs, you run to him every time.
Your birthday party went a little smoother this year. I didn't invite the whole family again, just K and M, Gramma S, Gramma H and Poppa, Uncle J and Aunt K and little cousin J, Aunt J and big cousin J, and Marsha and her granddaughter Jensen. Overall, it was a good party, but I still look forward to having more little kids at the party and less adults. I should really be careful what I wish for, I think! You had a Thomas the Train cake that Gramma S made for you and she did a really good job on it. You didn't get tired or cranky and had a wonderful time with Jensen and little cousin J playing on your slide. Lots of toys and clothes came your way and it was a fun time.
I waited too long to get back to this and that's too bad because you turned two! I should have recorded more about it, but I am not able to change that. As always, I love you very much Little Man. You are the best little boy I could've ever hoped for.
Love you lots,
Mummy

You must have commented back in November because I thanked you in an earlier comment here.
Thank you again.
We must have seen each other on Rude Cactus or Beth's blog.
